Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication provider identifiers (e.g. Google Sign-In UID) supplied when you create an account.

Usage data: video generation jobs, prompts, topics, brand profiles, schedules, credit balance, and logs needed to operate and debug the Service.

Billing data: we use Stripe to process payments. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to protect the Service.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (generating videos, scripts, captions, and renders).

To process payments, manage credit balances, and send transactional emails (job completion, billing receipts, email verification).

To prevent fraud and abuse, including enforcing email verification for new accounts.

To comply with legal obligations.

Prompts and media you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (including Google Vertex AI / Gemini, Imagen, Veo, Lyria) to generate outputs on your behalf.

We do not use your generated content to train our own models, and we select providers whose terms prohibit training on customer content by default.

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver the Service: Google Cloud (Firestore, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clipa, our users, or the public.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated videos and assets are kept until you delete them or close your account.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, Firebase Authentication, and Google Cloud Secret Manager for sensitive credentials. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
