Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

We may require email verification before granting access to paid features.

The Service operates on a credit model. New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit grant. Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Pro, Agency) include a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and generally not available for consumed credits.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that impersonates real individuals without consent.

You may not attempt to bypass credit limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the underlying AI providers' policies.

You retain ownership of the prompts, brand assets, and inputs you provide, and of the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying model providers' terms.

You grant Clipa a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any input you upload (logos, images, scripts, names).

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, contain artifacts, or unintentionally resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for compliance with any platform you distribute them on (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).

Clipa does not guarantee that outputs are free of third-party rights claims.

The Service relies on third parties including Google Vertex AI, Stripe, Firebase, and Resend. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPA AND VOISER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or to comply with legal requirements.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
